Springfield is our home base and the birthplace of the company. It is where The Original stands, and where we can respond fastest — from full custom builds to restoration and repair.

The Chicago metro is a core market for premium custom builds, from city lots to North Shore estates.

St. Louis and its Missouri and Illinois suburbs are a comfortable reach for full custom projects.

Beyond the Midwest

Dream nationally. Build locally. We accept select commissions across the continental United States. Depending on the project, our lead craft team may travel, we may coordinate qualified local contractors and licensed trades, or we may assemble a hybrid team under Generations project leadership. Select national commissions generally begin around $30,000 because travel, freight, local labor, and contractor coordination must be included.
