When you use the Dream Builder, your design selections are stored in your browser so you can return to them. Design selections alone do not identify you.

When you submit a project for a feasibility review, we collect the contact and property details you provide — such as your name, email, phone, project address, and notes about your site. You choose what to share, though some details are needed to prepare a review.

If you upload a site photo, it is stored privately and used only to assess your project. Photos are never attached to public share links.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a feasibility and planning review, communicate about your project, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our email delivery and database hosting providers — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to any obligations that require us to retain it.
