Design and submit
Use the Dream Builder to design your concept and see a preliminary planning range. When you are ready, submit it for a feasibility review — no cost and no obligation.

A person reviews it
We review your concept, site, and goals individually. If it is a fit, we prepare a project-specific feasibility and investment plan. If it is not, we tell you honestly.

You review and accept terms
Only after approval do we present a written retainer with clear, specific terms. Nothing proceeds until you have read those terms and affirmatively accepted them.

Payment is handled directly
The retainer is invoiced directly to your bank — no card processing, no added fees. A construction deposit comes later, as part of a signed agreement, once the plan is set.
