Paid site & design engagement
A design retainer secures a site assessment and custom plans. It is credited toward your project if you build.

Concept design
We translate the brief into a buildable concept — structure, style, materials, and features refined by professionals.

Engineering, arborist & permitting review
When applicable, we bring in engineering, arborist evaluation for tree-supported builds, and local permitting review.

Final proposal
A detailed feature and material schedule with a fixed number of included crew-hours and clearly separated travel.

Material procurement & fabrication
We build the actual bill of materials, obtain supplier quotes, and pre-fabricate components where possible.

Local crew mobilization
A carefully assembled local carpentry team, master-builder-directed when applicable, is scheduled and mobilized.

Construction & quality review
On-site construction with staged quality reviews and signed change orders for any scope additions.
