Dream nationally. Build locally. We accept select commissions across the continental United States. Depending on the project, our lead craft team may travel, we may coordinate qualified local contractors and licensed trades, or we may assemble a hybrid team under Generations project leadership. Select national commissions generally begin around $30,000 because travel, freight, local labor, and contractor coordination must be included.
Travel & mobilization
Travel, lodging, and equipment are planned per project and shown separately. Remote or difficult-access sites require special freight and logistics review.
Climate considerations
We design for your local climate — coastal salt air, mountain snow load, desert sun, or humid heat — during engineering and material selection.
Permitting
We coordinate with local officials and, where needed, a local engineer of record. Requirements vary significantly by jurisdiction.
